Lasergestütztes Metalldrücken

Um Blechbearbeitung mit Materialien aus Nickel und Titan für Luft- und Raumfahrt anzubieten, sowie für andere anspruchsvolle Anwendungen, wird ein Entwicklungsprojekt mit lasergestütztem Metalldrücken in Kooperation mit Frauenhofer, MCL institute, Abacus Machinebau, Radkenburger Metallwaren, Multiform und Olsen Metal durchgeführt. Laser assisted metal spinning

In order to offer Sheet metal forming in Nickel and Titanium materials for Aerospace and other demanding applications, a development project with Laser assisted metal spinning is made in cooporation with Frauenhofer, MCL institute, Abacus Machinbau, Radkenburger Metallwaren, Multiform and Olsen Metal. We are expecting this project to set new boundaries in metal spinning.

PMI testing

Olsen have invest in PMI X-ray equipment for positive material identification. Due to the increasing issues with non conforming material, Olsen can now offer 100 % material identification and validate conformity. This service is offered as a compliment to our material certification
